Musician 2nd Class Colin Elmore, sousaphone player for the Pacific Partnership Band, plays music for students during a Pacific Partnership 2026 (PP26) host nation outreach event at the Ensino Basico 123 Bogoro School in Dili, Timor-Leste, Aug. 20, 2026. The Pacific Partnership Band played a musical performance for Timorese schoolchildren during the event. Now in its 22nd iteration, the Pacific Partnership series is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster management preparedness mission conducted in the region. Pacific Partnership works collaboratively with host and partner nations to enhance regional interoperability and disaster response capabilities, increase security in the region, and foster new and enduring friendships in the Indo-Pacific.
