A U.S. Marine Corps KC-130J Super Hercules assigned to Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 252 conducts a training sortie while attending the Advanced Tactics Aircrew Course at Rosecrans Air National Guard Base in St. Joseph, Missouri, August 13, 2026. During the sortie they performed air-to-air refueling with A-10 Thunderbolt IIs from the 303rd Fighter Squadron, Air Force Reserve Command. Since 1983 the Advanced Airlift Tactics Training Center has provided advanced tactical training to airlift aircrews from the Air National Guard, AFRC, Air Mobility Command, U.S. Marine Corps and 17 allied nations.
