A group of approximately ten U.S. Navy personnel in camouflage uniforms are posed in front of the Commodore Matthew C. Perry General Mess building, which bears the CFAY (Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka) seal. Two individuals in the center are holding what appears to be a trophy or award cup, suggesting a recognition or award ceremony. The setting appears to be a U.S. naval installation, likely in Japan based on the CFAY insignia and surrounding landscape.
