Coast Guardsmen assigned to the Famous-class medium endurance cutter USCGC Forward (WMEC 911) heave in lines during a replenishment at sea with the Homeland Security Cutter-Ocean (HSC-Ocean) in the Caribbean Sea, July 28, 2026.
