PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J. - More than 70 teenagers participating in the Ringwood/Wanaque Junior Police Academy recently received a unique opportunity to go behind the iconic cannon gates of nearby Picatinny Arsenal, where they got an up-close look at the technology, training and capabilities that support America’s warfighters.
