    Romanian Staff Sgt. Aida Mare and Capt. Alin Serban of the 348th Air Defense Artillery Battalion, NATO Forward Land Forces (FLF) Battle Group-Poland, salute during Polish Armed Forces Day, in Warsaw, Poland on Aug. 15, 2026. This national holiday, observed annually on Aug. 15, commemorates Poland’s victory over Soviet Russia in the 1920 Battle of Warsaw during the Polish-Soviet War.
