Illinois Army National Guard Soldiers with the 710th Medical Company (Area Support) carry a simulated casualty on a litter to a treatment area during a mass-casualty training exercise at North Strike, Camp Grayling, Michigan, Aug. 10, 2026. The exercise challenged Soldiers to safely move casualties, coordinate patient care and rapidly transition injured personnel to medical treatment in a simulated high-casualty environment.
