    A simulated casualty mannequin displays realistic battlefield injuries during a mass-casualty training exercise conducted by Soldiers with the Illinois Army National Guard’s 710th Medical Company (Area Support) during Northern Strike at Camp Grayling, Michigan, Aug. 10, 2026. The mannequin was used to help create a realistic training environment as medical personnel practiced assessing, triaging and treating traumatic injuries under simulated combat conditions.
