Two U.S. Army soldiers in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms are working with what appears to be a large camouflage tarp or tent material in a wooded outdoor setting. The soldier on the right is facing forward and appears to be speaking or giving instruction, while the soldier on the left has his back to the camera. They appear to be engaged in field training or camp setup activities.

Illinois Army National Guard 1st Lt. Elisha Farley, a 70B Medical Service Officer with the 708th Medical Company (Ground Ambulance) of Chicago, Illinois, serves as the lead in command while guiding Maj. Gen. Rodney Boyd, the Adjutant General of Illinois and commander of the Illinois National Guard, through the unit’s sleeping area during a senior leader visit at Camp Grayling, Michigan, Aug. 8, 2026. Farley briefed Boyd on the Soldiers’ living arrangements and how the unit was organized while conducting training at Camp Grayling.
