Cycilia Mullaney, a 68W Combat Medic Specialist with the 708th Medical Company (Ground Ambulance) of Schaumburg, Illinois, receives a command coin from Command Sgt. Maj. Kehinde Salami, senior enlisted leader of the Illinois National Guard, during a senior leader visit at Camp Grayling, Michigan, Aug. 8, 2026. Mullaney was recognized for her professionalism, dedication and outstanding performance as Maj. Gen. Rodney Boyd, the Adjutant General of Illinois and commander of the Illinois National Guard, and Brig. Gen. Daniel Kramer II, Assistant Adjutant General-Air, Michigan Air National Guard, joined the visit.
