    Two U.S. Army soldiers in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms are shaking hands in what appears to be a modern indoor facility. The male soldier on the right has a visible name tape reading 'HAUSMAN' and wears a U.S. Army tape, along with rank insignia consistent with a Major (oak leaf cluster). The interaction appears to be a formal or ceremonial exchange.

    Senior leaders from the state of Missouri and the Missouri National Guard (MONG) performed several site visits with Soldiers and Airmen participating in the multinational exercise Panamax near Panama City, Panama, on Augest 8, 2026. Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe, Missouri National Guard Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. Charles Hausman, and other key leaders received site tours and were breifed on exercise operations. They also took the opportunity to recognized a few MONG Soldiers, Airmen and our Panamanian partners on their excellent performance during the exercise. Since 1996, Panama and the Missouri National Guard and Panama established their partnership through the State Partership Program in 1996. Since then, service members and public security professionals from both partners have participated in numerous subject-matter exchanges anually, with the goal of strengthening professional relationships, increasing readiness and sharing expertise in areas of mutual interest.
