A Soldier assigned to 1st Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 7th Infantry Division uses a sling psychrometer to measure relative humidity as weather plays a critical role in fire behavior, August 13, 2026, on the Modrite Fire near Inchelium, Wash.
