A U.S. Army Soldier assigned to 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) loads a magazine into an M4 carbine during a stress shoot within a special reconnaissance program of instruction (POI) at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, July 31, 2026. The POI developed reconnaissance skills to improve situational awareness and support operational decision-making.
