LANDSTUHL, Germany — Brig. Gen. Mark Stackle, commander of Medical Readiness Command-Europe, pinned the Army Achievement Medal on Spc. Koffi Ballogou, a dental assistant, Landstuhl Specialty Dental Clinic, Landstuhl Regional Medical Center during an awards ceremony at the LRMC Chapel Aug. 11. The Soldiers were recognized for their exceptional performance and dedication , which contributed to a third-place finish at the 2026 U.S. Army Medical Command Best Squad Competition at Fort Benning, Georgia.
