LANDSTUHL, Germany — Brig. Gen. Mark Stackle, commander of Medical Readiness Command-Europe, pinned the Army Achievement Medal on Spc Carlos Guizar, health care specialist, in the Dermatology Clinic at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, during an awards ceremony at the LRMC Chapel Aug. 11. The Soldiers were recognized for their exceptional performance and dedication , which contributed to a third-place finish at the 2026 U.S. Army Medical Command Best Squad Competition at Fort Benning, Georgia.
