    MAYPORT, Fla. (Aug. 10, 2026) - U.S. Navy Lt. Emily Redmond teaches how to drive the Littoral Combat Ship waterjet ships utilizing the bridge combinators at Surface Warfare Schools Command Mayport, as part of a tour of the base during PANAMAX 2026. PANAMAX is a U.S. Southern Command-sponsored multinational exercise that brings together defense and security forces from across the Americas to strengthen interoperability, enhance combined readiness and improve the collective ability of partner nations to respond to shared regional security challenges through coordinated multinational operations.
