Juan Pablo Villanueva, Second Commander of the D-CFMCC Maritime Component at PANAMAX 2026, how to operate Surface Training Advanced Virtual Environment in the virtual learning lab at Surface Warfare Schools Command Mayport, as part of a tour of the base during PANAMAX 2026.
