A large group of wildland firefighters are gathered at what appears to be a fire camp or staging area, surrounded by smoke-hazed mountains and conifer forests. Personnel in standard yellow Nomex shirts and green pants are organizing and distributing firefighting hand tools laid out on the ground. The scene suggests a crew mobilization or equipment issue operation prior to deployment.
