Military personnel are loading or unloading a rocket artillery system, identified by markings as belonging to 272RSG/182FA, inside the cargo hold of a large military transport aircraft. The vehicle appears to be an M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) or similar rocket artillery platform, visible by its distinctive launcher pod configuration. Two soldiers in military uniforms are guiding the vehicle within the aircraft's cargo bay.
