    U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Zachary Esteves and Nathan Buchanan, Low Altitude Air Defense (LAAD) gunners assigned to 2nd LAAD Battalion, operate the tracking system of an FIM-92 Stinger missile system during a drone defense exercise at Osan Air Base, South Korea, Aug. 6, 2026. The FIM-92 Stinger is a man-portable air defense system that uses infrared guidance to engage low-flying aircraft, helicopters and unmanned aircraft systems.
