Several individuals in U.S. Marine Corps MARPAT desert camouflage uniforms and tan flight suits are visible overseeing the cargo operation. U.S. Marines with 2nd Marine Division and Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 462, Marine Aircraft Group 39, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, secure an HDT WOLF inside a CH-53E Super Stallion with HMH 462, MAG 39, 3rd MAW, during Service Level Training Exercise 4-26 on Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California, Aug. 9, 2026. The HDT Wolf is a powerful, compact 6x6 skid-steer unmanned ground vehicle designed to go over terrain where manned vehicles would have difficulty maneuvering through. 2nd MARDIV is testing this asset for its capabilities to resupply Marines in austere environments using autonomous unmanned equipment. SLTE 4-26 is designed to be a challenging, realistic training environment that produces combat-ready forces capable of operating as an integrated Marine Air Ground Task Force across all domains of military operations.
