(WEST BRANCH, Iowa) Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds (arm raised) along with relatives of Herbert Hoover and other ceremony officials celebrate the ribbon cutting portion of the Grand Reopening Ceremony of the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library and Museum in West Branch, Iowa, Aug. 6, 2026. The reopening marked the first time the site, which celebrates the enduring legacy of President Herbert Hoover and First Lady Lou Henry Hoover, has been open since closing for a complete renovation in January 2025.
