(WEST BRANCH, Iowa) The Navy Band Great Lakes “Fair Winds” Woodwind Quintet performs during the Grand Reopening Ceremony of the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library and Museum in West Branch, Iowa, Aug. 6, 2026. The reopening marked the first time the site, which celebrates the enduring legacy of President Herbert Hoover and First Lady Lou Henry Hoover, has been open since closing for a complete renovation in January 2025.
