Members of the 30th Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Department Hot Shots team honor the memory of U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Cedric Eneluna during a memorial service at the base chapel at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California, Aug. 7, 2026. Eneluna, 23, was posthumously promoted to Senior Airman after passing away July 16, 2026, following an on-base heavy equipment incident. A native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, who spent his childhood in the Philippines, Eneluna joined the military March 5, 2024, and arrived at Vandenberg Aug. 2, 2024. As a dedicated member of the 30th CES "Dirt Boyz" Pavements and Equipment Flight, he was remembered by peers for his professionalism, humility, positive attitude, and tireless work ethic.
