Dr. Luke Revell, Project Dynamis operations lead, explains the HiBall MVP Kit to U.S. Marines with 2nd Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, during Service Level Training Exercise 4-26 on Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California, July 30, 2026. The HiBall MVP Kit is designed to replace traditional, cumbersome wired Local Area Networks and low-bandwidth tactical radios within a command echelon. The expected operational value of these systems is unprecedented command and control survivability and lethality. SLTE 4-26 is designed to be a challenging, realistic training environment that produces combat-ready forces capable of operating as an integrated Marine Air Ground Task Force across all domains of military operations.
