A formal U.S. Navy military ceremony is taking place in what appears to be a ship's hangar bay or large indoor military venue. A senior naval officer in dress blues with flag-rank insignia and medals is walking along a red carpet with a civilian woman, while enlisted sailors in dress uniforms render salutes on both sides. Multiple international and naval flags are displayed along the ceiling, and a large American flag is visible in the background.
