    412th Theater Engineer Command

Sandra Martin, deputy commanding general–Support, 412th Theater Engineer Command, pins the new rank on Sgt. 1st Class Christian Roman-Ramos’s, assigned to the 344th Combat Engineer Company-Infantry, patrol cap during a promotion ceremony held during a brief pause in training at Warrior Exercise and Regional Medic 26 (WAREX/RM 26) at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Aug. 1, 2026. Roman-Ramos was promoted in recognition of his leadership, dedication, and continued commitment to service. WAREX/RM 26 is an integrated exercise that enables combat support, combat service support, and medical units to train simultaneously while preparing for large-scale combat operations.
