U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. David Menotti, a Regional Training Site cadre with the 188th Civil Engineer Squadron, demonstrates Shielded Metal Arc Cutting to Airmen assigned to the 285th Civil Engineer Squadron, Virgin Islands Air National Guard, during annual training at Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Fort Smith, Arkansas, in July 2026. Through hands-on welding instruction, the visiting Airmen sharpened their technical skills to maintain unit mission readiness. The 188th CES plays a vital role in Total Force Integration by training service members from across the force at Ebbing’s Civil Engineer Regional Training Site.
