Military personnel are conducting what appears to be a CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) training exercise inside a hangar or warehouse facility. A trainee wearing woodland camouflage MOPP gear and a gas mask is being assisted or evaluated while others in MultiCam/OCP uniforms observe. The word 'TRNG' (Training) is visible on the back of the protective suit.

U.S. Air Force emergency management service members from the 151st Wing, Utah Air National Guard; the 133rd Airlift Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard; the 179th Cyberspace Wing, Ohio Air National Guard; the 121st Air Refueling Wing, Ohio Air National Guard; and the 163rd Civil Engineer Squadron, California Air National Guard, receive instruction on the proper removal of contaminated Mission-Oriented Protective Posture (MOPP) gear using an Expedient Personnel Decontamination (EPD) system in advance for Exercise Serow Samurai at Misawa Air Base, Japan, July 15, 2026. The exercise uses a hub-and-spoke model, with the Emergency Operations Center CBRN Control Center managing the common operating picture while a four-person response team conducts dismounted operations and real-time reporting in the field.
