Jesse Bleed (second from right), chaplain section operations noncommissioned officer in charge, 88th RD, were presented the Four Chaplains Medal (Moseman) and the Staff Sgt. Christopher Stout Medal (Bleed) at Fort Snelling, Minn., July 23, 2026, for their work establishing the Army Reserve Chaplain Battle-Focused Training (ARC-BFT) program. The awards were presented by retired Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Russell Bacon (left) and Maj. Gen. Kevin Meisler (right), commanding general of the 88th RD. ARC-BFT prepares unit ministry teams, consisting of chaplains and religious affairs specialists, for large-scale combat operations through immersive field exercises. Since its inception, the program has been adopted by chaplain teams throughout the Army Reserve and is now considered standard training for Army Reserve chaplains and religious affairs specialists.
