Dennis Budworth gives the ‘Thumbs Up’ as the team of volunteers makes progress moving an F-4 Phantom II jet from the museum maintenance work area to install the jet at the entrance of the Oregon Military Museum, on June 2, 2026, at Camp Withycombe, in Happy Valley, Oregon.
