Brig. Gen. Leland D. Blanchard II, Commanding General (Interim) of the District of Columbia National Guard, is interviewed by journalist Liberty Simmons during a taping of Service Strong, a military spotlight series, at the D.C. Armory in Washington, D.C., July 1, 2026.
