U.S. and Moroccan maritime leaders drink Moroccan tea in Rabat, Morocco, July 19, 2026. The leaders participated in a cultural event and tea pouring contest as part of African Maritime Forces Summit 2026 to build on relationships and learn about Moroccan culture.
