U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Daniel Shipley, commander of U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Europe and Africa, participates in a cultural Moroccan tea pouring competition in Rabat, Morocco, July 19, 2026. Shipley participated in the event as part of African Maritime Forces Summit 2026 to build on relationships and learn about Moroccan culture.
