Anthony Lappe, center right, the sergeant major of MRF-D 26, lead a motivational run during Corporals Couse 3-26 at Robertson Barracks in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia, July 16, 2026. Marines in Corporals Course 3-26 conducted the run to strengthen camaraderie, promote unit cohesion and reinforce esprit de corps. MRF-D is an annual six-month rotational deployment to enhance interoperability with the Australian Defence Force and allies and partners and provide a forward-postured crisis response force in the Indo-Pacific.
