Master-at-Arms Seaman Kevin McMaster and Engineman Fireman Ross Viens, assigned to the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19), paint a metal fence railing at the Ninh Hoa Orphanage in Vietnam. Personnel from Vietnam, the Mercy crew as well as partner nations and non-governmental organizations will partner to bring medical and engineering humanitarian civic assistance to those in the region.
