Hiremath, an Indian Army Engineer, at the Ninh Hoa Orphanage in Vietnam. Personnel from Vietnam, the Mercy crew as well as partner nations and non-governmental organizations will partner to bring medical and engineering humanitarian civic assistance to those in the region.
