NEW YORK (July 6, 2026) — Adm. Daryl Caudle, chief of naval operations, shakes hands with Maj. Gen. Paul Owuor Otieno, commander, Kenya Navy, following a bilateral meeting held in support of International Naval Review 250 in New York, July 6, 2026. International Naval Review 250 commemorates the United States’ 250th anniversary and honors the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard’s enduring role on, under and above the seas.
