U.S. Army Master Sgt. Krystal Wissel, Mission Command Post-Operational Detachment, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 28th Infantry Division, fires an M17 pistol during the Combat Pistol Qualification Course (CPQC) at annual training at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa., July 13, 2026. The M17 pistol qualification requires Soldiers to fire 30 rounds at 25-meter targets from standing, kneeling and moving positions.
