A deactivation ceremony for the 103rd Brigade Engineering Battalion, 28th Infantry Division, was held at Fort Mifflin, Pennsylvania, March 6, 2026. The 103rd BEB is splitting apart to form three seperate companies within the 28th Infantry Division. Maj. Gen. John Pippy, Pennsylvania Adjutant General, and Commans Sgt. Maj.
