U.S. Marine Corps Col. Kimberly Sile, the commanding officer of Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations Pacific, receives the unit guidon from Col. Marc Walker, the former commanding officer of H&S Bn, MCIPAC, during a change of command ceremony at Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, July 10, 2026.
