    FIRST Naval Construction Regiment

    U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Sam Hoffman, a rescue swimmer assigned to Coast Guard Air Station Barbers Point in Kapolei, Hawaii, secures rigging on a training dummy for extraction during search and rescue training at Bellows Air Force Base, Hawaii, July 9, 2026. RIMPAC 2026 will build on the success of RIMPAC 2024 with a larger contingent of partners demonstrating the inherent flexibility of maritime forces.
