Kaiser-class replenishment oiler Leroy Grumman (T-AO 195) to begin a replenishment-at-sea, July 9, 2026. Kearsarge’s mission is to transport, support, and deploy U.S. Marine Corps forces: enabling sea, land, and air operational capability. An amphibious ready group’s unique abilities give geographic combat commanders a more flexible, agile force, for aggregated or dis-aggregated operations across the globe.
