050914-A-7377C-004--Pvt. Jerel Ridgley, chemical specialist, 21st Chemical Company, 82nd Airborne Division, sprays down a humvee Sept. 14, 2005, at the Task Force All American Decontamination site. Ridgley uses hot-soapy water to decontaminate the vehicle from any bacteria or contaminates it may have come in contact with near the polluted waters that inhabit much of New Orleans.
