Three U.S. Army soldiers in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms are taking a hydration break outdoors in a park-like setting. They are drinking from various containers near a picnic table with a yellow water cooler labeled 'Medical Company.' The setting appears to be a warm, sunny day during a field exercise or outdoor training event.

Munson Army Health Center Medical Company Soldiers Pfc. Levi Sadek, Pfc. Elijer Wandasan, and Pvt. Edward Antoine, take a break to drink water and rest in the shade during Army Warrior Task training on Fort Leavenworth July 8. In addition to evaluating performance on each Army Warrior Task, cadre continuously observed Soldiers for signs of heat stress and adapted training to include water and shade based on changing conditions. By recognizing environmental hazards, adjusting tactics, and looking after one another, they proved that readiness means being prepared to accomplish the mission regardless of the conditions.
