JERSEY CITY, N.J. – U.S. Navy explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) technicians from Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group (EODGRU) 2 conduct fast roping operations from an MH-60S Knighthawk attached to the "Dragonslayers" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 11, during International Naval Review (INR) 250 at Liberty State Park, July 3, 2026.
