FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 1, 2026) — Electrician’s Mate 2nd Class Brennon Ybanez, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Preble (DDG 88), front left, and Princess Adalem, front right, pose for a group photo with Region Legal Service Office (RLSO) Western Pacific (WESTPAC) during a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) naturalization ceremony hosted by RLSO WESTPAC at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's (CFAY) Community Readiness Center July 1, 2026. USCIS and RLSO WESTPAC collaborated to conduct the naturalization ceremony at CFAY, allowing Sailors and civilians to become U.S. citizens.
