FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 1, 2026) — Princess Adalem, left, and Electrician’s Mate 2nd Class Brennon Ybanez, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Preble (DDG 88), center, recite the oath of allegiance during a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services naturalization ceremony hosted by Region Legal Service Office (RLSO) Western Pacific (WESTPAC), at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's (CFAY) Community Readiness Center July 1, 2026. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and RLSO WESTPAC collaborated to conduct the naturalization ceremony at CFAY, allowing Sailors and civilians to become U.S. citizens.
