    Taft Price, forecaster, Hydrology and Hydraulics Branch, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District monitors hydrologic conditions and reservoir operations following a recent heavy rainfall event that impacted part of the Tulsa District. Hydraulics and Hydrology Branch personnel analyze rainfall, stream flow, reservoir levels and weather forecasts to help determine water release strategies that reduce downstream flood risk while balancing flood storage throughout the district's reservoir system.
