U.S. Marines assigned to 1st Marine Logistic Group 11th Marine Regiment conduct Chemical, Biological, Radiological or Nuclear (CBRN) patient decontamination (DCON) training for U.S. Navy Sailors assigned to USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) and Navy Medicine Readiness Training Command San Diego during Mercy Exercise (MERCEX) 26-3 onboard USS Fort Worth (LSC-3) at Naval Base San Diego, Jun. 17, 2026. The CBRN patient DOCN process is important step in patient care when treating patients who could be affected by contaminants.
